Candida albicans is an organism which begins in the mouth. From the mouth it spreads to the remainder of the digestive tract and eventually into the blood stream where it affects the entire body, especially the endocrine and nervous systems. It is the Candida in the mouth that actually “seeds” the rest of the body with additional colonies. In order to thoroughly eliminate Candida, therefore, it is essential that it be addressed first at its source and then at its migratory sites in the proper sequence. This is the rationale which forms the basis for the utilization of MICROBAC 1, 2 & 3, to eliminate Candida.

THE THERAPEUTIC COMPONENTS

1.	MICROBAC 1 works because the bacteria contained in it performs several unique functions. When first introduced in the mouth, acid by-products are released. These acids protect the throat and stomach from harmful bacteria which cannot live in an acid environment. Once the bacteria get into the intestine they begin reproducing at a very rapid rate. It is estimated that they will double in number every 20 minutes. This rapid growth competes with pathogenic organisms for nutrients thereby containing them. Once established the MICROBAC 1 bacteria begin secreting natural digestive enzymes which help to digest food substances. In addition to enzymes, MICROBAC 1 bacteria produce large amounts of intestinal alkalizing products. A healthy intestine should stay at a normal pH balance of 7 to 8. By being able to perform all these functions, the bacteria in MICROBAC 1 dramatically improves the intestinal ecology and reduce intestinal toxins. MICROBAC 1 is the first chewable bacterial formula on the market that supplies the entire human intestine from the mouth to the colon.
2.	MICROBAC 2 was developed to provide a more aggressive approach to normalizing the intestinal flora. It contains a unique Lactobacillus bacteria which rapidly produces healthy by-products (lactic acids) which discourage the growth of specific harmful organisms. MICROBAC 2 also contains a cultured extract of this bacteria which is released directly into the mouth. This discourages the growth of harmful organisms and enables the proper bacteria to get established quickly and with little resistance. MICROBAC 2 is in chewable form, because it was discovered from medical research and clinical trials that if harmful organisms get established in the mouth, throat, or stomach, they will continue to proliferate and send their offspring further into the intestine. Allowing MICROBAC 2 to dissolve in the mouth assists the elimination of harmful organisms throughout the entire intestine by restricting their growth at the source. MICROBAC 2 then continues to work in the remainder of the intestinal tract until normal intestinal ecology is restored. An independent lab analysis was performed on 1/16/91 that demonstrated MICROBAC 2 was 100% effective in retarding the colonization of Candida Albicans, Salmonella, and E. coli.
3.	MICROBAC 3, the capsule form of MICROBAC 1, contains the same bacteria as the chewable form but has a higher concentration of the anaerobic bacteria necessary for colonization of the large intestine. This product is used for long term cases and as maintenance once the intestinal environment has been sufficiently normalized.
4.	REBUILD was developed to improve the integrity of the intestinal lining and protect it against potential food antigens. It was discovered clinically, that REBUILD also has a beneficial effect on all the mucous membranes including the sinuses. With the addition of flax oil, the specific lipolytic enzymes in the REBUILD has beneficial effects in rebuilding the mucous membranes most affected by airborne antigens.
5.	L-G-K-S: When Candida and harmful bacteria begin to die off, potentially irritating toxins can be eliminated into the blood stream. It is important to keep these toxins moving so they can be properly eliminated by the liver and kidneys. L-G-K-S might be needed to improve the flow of blood through these important organs so any toxins produced by the Candida elimination process can be removed without side effects. L-G-K-S helps prevent the uncomfortable effects of “Die-Off” reactions.
6.	NuLiv: Elimination of Candida infections can produce toxins which must be first neutralized before they can be eliminated through the liver. NuLiv supplies all the nutrients required by the liver to effectively eliminate these toxins and relieve the symptoms toxin accumulations can produce.

PROCEDURE
This process has clinically evolved over the past 15 years and has proven itself effective for most cases of Candidiasis. For extremely difficult cases (those that have undergone years of antibiotic or cortisone therapies), more time may be required than what is recommended. It might even be necessary to use more advanced medical procedures to eliminate stubborn cases.

1.	Recommendations: It is best that all the products are taken on an empty stomach at least 5 to 15 minutes before eating. Eat regularly during the day to reduce intestinal stress from hypoglycemia and reduced activity.
2.	Initial Colonization: Begin with Chewable MicroBac 1 at 1 tablet 3 times a day. Two bottles are generally enough to normalize the bacterial environment of the mouth, throat, and stomach.
3.	Elimination of Candidiasis: Begin MicroBac 2, along with the Chewable MicroBac 1, at 1 tablet 3 times a day until the bottle has been finished. If the case is difficult, MicroBac 2 can be continued for as much as 6 months. However, it is recommended that Nystatin be taken in more advanced cases beginning after the completion of at least one bottle of MicroBac 2. Nystatin should be taken at 1ž2 tablet 3 to 4 times a day for a minimum of two weeks. One of the Nystatin doses should be dissolved entirely in the mouth.
4.	Intestinal Colonization: Week four begin MicroBac 3 capsules at 1 every AM and PM for the course of the treatments, then 1 a day for maintenance.
5.	Toxin and Mucous Membrane Management: To assist the rebuilding of the digestive tract mucous membranes take 1 ReBuild capsule before each meal. L-G-K-S should be taken to prevent the buildup of toxins from the Candida “die-off.” One capsule 3 times a day is usually enough to maintain a healthy toxin removal. However, if fatigue, swollen lymph nodes, any illness, headaches, or sore muscles and joints develop, take 2 L-G-K-S 3 times a day until better, then reduce to the original dose. NuLiv should be taken if there is generalized fatigue, headaches, irritability, joint soreness, and aggravation from exercise.

REMEMBER: Take capsules/tablets on an empty stomach 15 minutes before meals or, at least, one hour after meals. Upon arising and before bed is best.
Two bottles of MICROBAC 1 is usually sufficient to normalize the bacterial environment of the mouth, throat, and stomach. After that take every other month if more normalization is needed.

NOTE: If constipation occurs L-G-K-S may be needed.
*The Flax Oil capsules or liquid is needed only if sinus and nasal allergies are present.

Dietary Guidelines: Clinically, the most consistently effective dietary recommendations involve the elimination of the following foods: vinegar, tomatoes, tomato sauce, coffee, black tea, all citrus, pineapple, fruit juice, honey, sugar, soft drinks, artificial sweeteners, refined flour products, peanuts, walnuts, nuts, popcorn, and chips. Baker’s yeast and brewer’s yeast products should only be eliminated if there is a known allergy or intolerance to them.
